Recommendation

I would like to propose to have Chef Eric Teo’s demonstrations to be held in Fullerton Hotel. Not only he will demonstrate, people are able to pick up new skills and taste the food that he cooked.

However, there are limitations. They will not be holding their demonstrations free of charge in the hotel; or rather 40% discount will be given to the Singapore Food Festival organisation team. Only 10 demonstrations in total are to be held in the hotel, with only one demonstration per day and 60 people maximum per demonstration. Kitchen wares will also be provided by the hotel. Also, special guests from overseas are to only stay in Fullerton Hotel during their stay in Singapore.

As for how it will benefit the hotel, there will be free publicity for the hotel. Media, online bloggers, food magazines and more will be invited to the demonstrations. Also, the special guests’ accommodation is also to be counted in the hotel’s revenue.

The reason why Singapore Food Festival should work with Fullerton Hotel is due to the fact that Fullerton Hotel has the capability and had worked with huge organizations, for example, the Formula 1.  Also, it is near the main event of Singapore Food Festival itself and the guests will feel very comfortable under our hospitality.
